Blueoceana Company has received late arriving information which relates that an unnamed, undocumented, expatriot dockworker was struck and killed by coils of steel being discharged from an unnamed ship at a Port Authority of Thailand marine terminal situated on the Chao Phraya River, South of City Center Bangkok.
