Operator Drowns as Frontloader Plunges Into River Humber [Immingham, UK ~ 02 March 2016]

This accident, which occurred at the beginning of this month, escaped our attention until just today. It is nonetheless regrettable and worthy of consideration.

The operator, thought to be a employee of Associated British Ports, was Trevor Moxam (see photo below)
