Marine Terminal Worker Suffocated In Avalanche of Bulk Sulfur  [Tampa, FL ~ 15 January 2016]

Marine terminal worker, Joe Lammlein, an employee of Gulf Coast Bulk Equipment (a non-union stevedore/marine terminal operator specializing in the handling of bulk cargoes), lost his life Friday morning in a bulk sulfur pile cave-in that engulfed the cab of the front end loader he was operating. It took hours for rescuers to recover his body. He was 45 years old.
